Jacksonville, NC -- Danny L. Thomas passed on November 25, 2015 of natural causes. He was a beloved son, husband and father. 
His viewing will be held on Sunday December 6, 2015 at Jones Funeral Home at 303 Chaney Ave, Jacksonville, NC 28540 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm EST. The funeral and celebration of his life will be held on Monday December 7, 2015 at River of Life Church, located at 1940 Gum Branch Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540 at 10:00am EST. Open casket will be available one hour prior to the ceremony in consideration for those who are not able to attend the viewing. He will be laid to rest on Monday December 7, 2015 at 12:00 pm noon at the Veteran's Cemetery aboard Camp Johnson. 
Although Danny L. Thomas was lost to us here, heaven received an angel, a man of God who will be always remembered. Thank you all for the support and the prayers in such a difficult time.
