LAWRENCEVILLE William Edsel Holt, Jr. of Lawrenceville, Ga. passed away suddenly on February 4, 2014. Edsel was a devoted Husband to his wife Toni, and a Father to his two boys, Jacob and Mitchell. His presence was well known in the community, and he loved the outdoors and any activity involving his children. His presence will be missed, but memories of him will always remain. In addition to his wife and children, he is survived by his mother, Linda Cartwright of Athens, GA, and his father, William Edsel Holt, Sr. and his wife, Donnann Holt, both of McDonough, GA. Also surviving him is his brother, John Holt and Johns wife, Demi, both of Lawrenceville, GA. In addition, he is survived by Michael Cicco, his Brother-In-Law of Marietta, GA, Shelly Rockmore, his Sister-In-Law of Monroe, GA, Mickey Cicco, his Father-In-Law of Greensboro, GA., and Gaye Phillips, his Mother-In-Law, of Dacula, GA. A Memorial Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home, 4400 South Lee Street, Buford, GA, 30518, on Saturday, February 8, at 3:00pm.
