Ms. Tami Marie Goodwin, age 51 of Covington, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, James L. Greth. She is survived by her mother, Bernice "Bonnie" Greth, Covington; son, Michael L. Goodwin; and daughter, Katharine M. Goodwin, both of Dawsonville. She was a graduate of Redan High School and attended Mercer University. She was currently attending classes at GA Piedmont College. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, September 3, 2015 at 12 p.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church with Father Salomon Garcia as celebrant; family will receive friends Wednesday, September 2, 2015 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
