Robert passed away on October 1st 1990 when involved in a motorcycle accident at the age of 26. Robert was a RHS graduate of the Class of 1982. And a proud graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with both a undergraduate and graduate degrees from the College of Architecture.
Robert is survided by his Sister: Lori Betzel Page and Brother: Gary Betzel.

A terrible loss. I was saddened to read of his passing. Great guy, super sense of humor, intelligent and compassionate. One of my 1st memories was playing ping pong tournaments and partying with him, Ron Kirk and Scott Moeller their 1st year at Tech. Good Times and a Great friends.
