Teresa Lee McKain, Class of 1980 passed away January 22, 2026 surrounded by her family and husband of 44 years Ed McKain (also Redan Alumni).

Ed has asked us to share with you all what occurred .....As many of us know, Teresa was hospitalized with congestive heart failure this past November...Today she unfortunately encountered a repeat episode and even though the hospital did all they could God called Teresa home.

Teresa and Ed were high school sweethearts and created a wonderful family and life together. Teresa was a devoted wife, a loving daughter, a cherished sister, a proud grandmother, and a mother who loved deeply, freely, and wholeheartedly. She truly loved everyone.

Prayers… may peace, love and strength surround Teresa, Ed and their families. A Family/friends’ memorial service is being planned, will share when we know more.
